After transitioning into music production, Reuben Onyango has had a major impact on African music as a leading record industry’s outspoken, imaginative and influential executive functioning both as a champion and critic. With over 8 years in the music industry he began working side-by-side with Mirjana Davcheva on everything from new company development and creative to designing policies for Stretch Hold Music Group.

In addition to overseeing Stretch Hold Music Group music line and being involved in almost every aspect of the company’s creative and development process, including the A&R, Reuben and his team have created industry’s leading technologies to provide complete transparency in music.

Mirjana Davcheva has over a decade of experience as a product analyst and manager, specializing in software products that compete in the sales and marketing automation market, project management, lead generation, e-signing, and digital identity. She is fully integrated into strategic business planning and product management, ensuring that high-quality products are delivered to the market.

In addition to her work in software, she has also worked extensively in the music industry, managing the band “Clashing Colors” and working with other artists on various tasks including music distribution, copyright management, and promotional activities over the past two years.
